Growing up, Jack was always active—whether it was his own soccer training, his brother’s, or just playing in the street. His love for movement and fitness has been with him from the start. Today, Jack channels that passion into helping others make lasting changes in their lives.
Fitness isn’t about quick fixes or extremes; it’s about being honest with yourself and setting realistic goals. Jack believes that consistent actions always outweigh big, inconsistent efforts. He helps clients build habits that they can sustain, focusing on weight training and teaching correct form so they can maximise their progress without risking burnout.
Jack’s approach is all about consistency. It’s not about doing everything perfectly—it’s about staying committed and making steady progress over time.
Outside of the gym, Jack stays active by playing soccer, keeping that love for movement alive.
