Growing up, if Jack wasn’t at school, he was either at his own soccer training, at his brother’s soccer training, or in the street playing soccer. As long as he can remember, he has loved running around, chasing a ball, and keeping fit. Jack says he always wondered how he could end up working in an area doing something he loved until he became a trainer and it became his reality. Jack loves being able to spend his time working with people to help change their lives for the better.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, Jack says that the hardest part is that first step, but one day you’ll look back and thank yourself that you took that step. From there, it’s just one step at a time, and before you know it, you’ve progressed further than you could’ve imagined.
Jack’s training typically focuses on weight training. He ensures there is an education on correct form and techniques so that his clients can maximise the benefits from their time in the gym, without needing an ‘all or nothing’ approach to training.
Outside of the gym, Jack likes to keep fit by playing soccer!
