Greta loves helping others feel great, look great, reach their goals, and enjoy a balanced diet and lifestyle long term. After training with other personal trainers helped her see her potential, Greta decided to become a trainer herself to help others change their lives for the better and feel amazing.

If you’re new to the gym, Greta recommends investing in a coach right from the beginning to help you on your journey and show you the ropes.

Greta’s training style uses strength training and bodybuilding to achieve body transformations for her clients.

Outside of training in the gym, Greta’s hobbies include competing in IFBB bikini bodybuilding competitions, snowboarding, jet skiing, travel, and art.
