Chloe first learnt the importance of fitness and fell in love with the process through an old friend who was a personal trainer. She’s now passionate about helping people become their best and healthiest selves, while guiding and supporting them through the process. Chloe finds it incredibly rewarding to see the growth in her clients’ confidence and self-belief.
Chloe recommends starting small if you’re new to fitness. Don't try to change 10 things at once. Accomplishing small goals will lead to big results in the long term.
Chloe uses 1:1 coaching to focus on the individual health goals and needs of her clients.
When she’s not in the gym, Chloe loves competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, heading to the beach, going for walks with her dog or reading a good book.
