Tom first got into fitness when he tried lifting weights with a mate and it ended up changing his life. Lifting profoundly impacted him for the better, so becoming a PT felt like the natural next step. Now he loves helping people in the same way, guiding them to become the version of themselves they truly want to be.
To those starting their fitness journey, Tom’s advice is simple, everybody starts somewhere, so don’t wait for “the right time.” Your time is now!
Tom’s training style is holistic. He encourages his clients to diversify their exercise by using different, effective methods. His focus is always on creating lasting, positive change, both physically and mentally.
Outside the gym, Tom loves being in nature, playing with his pets, gaming, eating out, and catching live music.
