“Doing something is better than doing nothing!” 

Ashley began his fitness journey at 16 and he quickly fell in love with the gym. Since then, he’s competed and won multiple powerlifting competitions, including state titles and Australian records. Inspired by helping friends, Ashley found joy in sharing his knowledge and loves transforming lives as a personal trainer. 

For those starting their fitness journey, Ashley advises beginning with something easy and fun that feels comfortable. Doing anything is better than doing nothing, and as you progress, you’ll gain momentum and confidence over time. 

Ashley’s training style is tailored to each individual client, whether it’s hypertrophy, strength training, or sports-specific workouts. It all depends on their goals, and he enjoys working together to achieve them. 

When not at the gym, you can find Ashley watching his gym footage or YouTube videos.
