Tarkyn developed a passion for fitness from a young age, growing up playing various sports. He became a PT to support people both physically and mentally. He loves helping individuals realise they can achieve more than just physical change – training can positively impact all areas of life through education, consistency, and breaking personal barriers.
To those starting their fitness journey, Tarkyn’s advice is simple: just walk through the door! Following a structured program and tracking nutrition will make a big difference.
