“Do it for the future you!” 

Sarah has always been an active person, diving into every sport during primary school and shifting to group fitness classes in high school. Her passion for fitness grew deeper after being diagnosed with PCOS, which led her to take her nutrition and fitness seriously. This transformation, both physically and mentally, inspired Sarah to become a personal trainer, and she is motivated to help others with their confidence and live their lives to the fullest. 

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Sarah says do it for the future you! The time will pass you by anyway so use it wisely. Would you rather look back and wish you had started then, or look back and be thankful you did? 

Sarah’s training style focuses on making fitness fun and sustainable. Her training is tailored to each client, ensuring they see the results they want while fitting seamlessly into their daily lives. Her clients also become part of a supportive community, with regular catchups, challenges, and chats to keep them motivated and connected. 

When not at the gym, you can find Sarah trying new coffee spots, watching basketball or at the arcade.

A shoulder press of any type –  some dumbbells to feel strong or on the smooth machine for a killer burn.
