“Set goals and be consistent.”  

Shaun got into fitness by participating in Spartan Race and Tough Mudder events. When he was regularly exercising and considering a career change, he decided to give Personal Training a shot. He found it incredibly rewarding, loved the environment, and enjoyed helping people transform their lives. 

To those hoping to kick-start their fitness journey, Shaun suggests starting with the basics and getting help from a professional. Consistency is key, and he highlights the importance of setting both short and long-term goals. Shaun’s top three tips for his clients are to build a routine that allows time and energy for exercise, explore how different foods affect your weight and energy levels, and find exercises you enjoy.  

Shaun’s training style is all about mastering the fundamentals and ensuring proper form to prevent injuries. Once his clients have the basics down, Shaun encourages them to push themselves further, helping them achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Outside of the gym, Shaun enjoys travelling, obstacle racing, playing snooker, watching films and reading.
