Salsa’s fitness journey began with a background in Muay Thai before leading her into strength training and coaching. She became a personal trainer to help people discover that exercise doesn’t have to be intimidating – it can be empowering, enjoyable and something you genuinely look forward to. She loves helping people feel stronger, more confident and celebrate every win along the way.

To those starting their fitness journey, Salsa’s advice is to focus on building habits that fit your lifestyle, celebrate the small wins and remember that everyone’s journey looks different.

Salsa’s training style is supportive, welcoming and tailored to the individual. She creates a comfortable environment where clients can learn new skills, build strength and confidence and enjoy training while working towards their goals.

Outside the gym, Salsa enjoys lifting weights, hanging from a pull-up bar, training for her next running event and spending time with her friends and family.
