Raman has been training herself for over 10 years and turned her passion for fitness into a career. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help others move from pain or limitation into strength and confidence. For Raman, being a PT is more than just training – it’s about empowerment, education and empathy.
To those starting their fitness journey, Raman’s advice is simple: don’t chase quick fixes – chase progress. Fitness is a lifestyle, so no shortcuts. Keep going and enjoy the journey!
