Prash was inspired to get into fitness by his grandfather, who was highly disciplined and fit, setting an early example for him to follow. He became a PT because helping others achieve their best selves comes naturally to him. He loves being able to guide clients toward reaching their goals. 

For those starting their fitness journey, Prash advises investing in your health. Don’t cut corners – learning to train properly will benefit you in the long run. 

Prash’s training style is highly personalised. He spends time understanding each client’s current situation and tailors plans to safely and effectively achieve their goals, making the process enjoyable. 

When not at the gym, you can find Prash doing archery, singing or playing the guitar and drums.
