Phoenix got into fitness after growing up playing sports. When she became sick and had to stop, she turned to the gym once she recovered and quickly fell in love with it. She hasn’t looked back since. Her passion for hitting personal bests and seeing physical results inspired Phoenix to become a PT.
For those starting their fitness journey, her advice is simple: everyone starts somewhere. Don’t overthink it – just show up, stay consistent, and you’ll grow to love it.
Her training style is all about commitment. Phoenix pushes her clients, holds them accountable, and ensures they enjoy the process of achieving their goals, knowing that a committed coach builds a committed client.
When not at the gym, you can find Phoenix travelling and trying new restaurants.
