Isla grew up dancing competitively and joined the gym to keep active. She quickly fell in love with gaining muscle and healed her relationship with food and exercise. Isla’s goal is to help women reach their physique goals while creating healthy eating habits, implementing recovery and diverse activities into their routine. Isla loves to host group events and small group sessions for women to meet and learn in a supportive environment.

Isla specialises in creating personal programs and routines to achieve muscle growth for glutes and upper body. Her favourite part of being a trainer is watching women overcome their gym anxiety and achieving milestones both in and outside of 1on1 sessions. Due to her experience training hundreds of females, Isla caters workouts to best suit female anatomy, hormones and energy levels.

When Isla isn’t in the gym, you can find her along the coast running, doing yoga, sauna/ice baths or in a cafe with a good coffee
