Dylan’s fitness journey began at 12, when his dad introduced him to the gym, sparking a love for the world of fitness. His passion for helping others achieve their goals is what inspired him to become a personal trainer. For Dylan, there’s nothing better than seeing the positive transformations he can bring to clients’ lives, both physically and mentally.
For those starting their fitness journey, Dylan’s advice is to start small and set realistic goals. Building sustainable habits is more important than aiming for perfection, and consistency will carry you far.
Dylan’s training style focuses on accountability and motivation, encouraging clients to exceed their own expectations. He believes in hard work and consistency, tailoring each plan to meet individual needs while pushing clients to feel empowered and to challenge their limits.
Outside of the gym, Dylan can often be found watching Formula 1, especially following McLaren and Oscar Piastri.
