“Find your reason.”
Curtis was always a very active and sporty kid playing footy growing up before one of his mates introduced him to the gym in year 12 and he hasn’t stopped since! Curtis was inspired to become a personal trainer after seeing the bullying that happened at school, wanting to help people learn more about training and nutrition so they can teach their kids and pass that knowledge on to future generations. He loves seeing his clients’ faces when they achieve good results or reach their goals.
For those new to fitness, Curtis understands that walking into a gym for the first time can be very intimidating, but just remember everyone has a goal and is there for a reason. His advice is to find some friends with the same goal as you in the gym, as this dramatically increases the chances of you achieving your health and fitness goals.
Curtis’ training style focuses on weight training to achieve body transformations, preferring to only give cardio clients for their daily steps or if they love running.
Outside of the gym, Curtis loves playing and watching the footy, camping, hiking, or watching murder mysteries.
