“Just start!”
Growing up Chris loved his sports, but was on the smaller side. He joined the gym to gain muscle and size, however never thought it would become such a huge part of his life. Fast forward, and now Chris can’t imagine a life without the gym. Chris was inspired by how his trainer changed his life and became a trainer himself as he wanted to become that person for someone else. What he most loves about being a personal trainer is seeing how proud someone is of themselves when they make progress and knowing he assisted them along their journey.
For those new to fitness, Chris says to just get started. He reminds us that “If it was easy, everyone would do it. If you want it, do it, step one is to start!”.
Chris’ training style does vary from client to client. If it’s “tough love” someone requires, he’ll happily scream in your face to help you get that weight up! Or if a client needs a softer approach, he’ll be your number one cheerleader! It all depends one the person, and whilst everyone is different, Chris will always be your best hype man.
When asked what hobbies he enjoys outside of the gym, Chris said “there’s more to life outside of the gym?”
