Her journey began with a challenging relationship with food, where she believed that eating less was the key to health. Over time, Carla discovered the transformative power of nourishing her body with the right foods and how essential it is to fuel our bodies for optimal performance and well-being.

This realisation ignited a fire within Carla to share her knowledge and experiences with other women facing similar struggles. She believes that every woman deserves to feel strong, healthy, and happy in her own skin. Carla’s mission is to help women cultivate a positive relationship with food and exercise, guiding them toward a lifestyle they love. She is committed to helping clients unlock their potential and celebrate the journey of becoming their healthiest, strongest, and happiest selves.

When not at the gym, you’ll find Carla going to the beach, going camping, and taking her dogs for a walk.
