“Consistency over motivation!”
As someone who never enjoyed PE in high school, Brooke decided to try training with a trainer to help aid in her physical and mental health. While working with her trainer, she fell in love with the way it made her feel on both a physical and mental level, and began to be obsessed with moving her body in order to feel her best self. After seeing the difference it made in her life, Brooke was inspired to help others feel the same. Brooke loves being a Personal Trainer to help others reach their goals, improve their confidence within the gym and to feel empowered in their own lives!
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Brooke reminds us it is all about consistency, and not motivation. She says that “staying consistent with your daily habits and fitness regime will help get you further in your health and fitness journey”.
Brooke’s training style is individualised and tailored to her clients specific goals and capabilities. She ensures her clients are feeling comfortable with their programs and that they are suited for their lifestyle. Brooke enjoys incorporating resistance training, heavy lifting and HIIT into her sessions depending on what clients like and what will suit their needs best.
When not at the gym, you’ll find Brooke going to the beach, spending time with her friends and family, going for long walks and travelling.
