Brodie got into fitness in Year 10 when helping a classmate learn to squat made him realise the joy of teaching. The pride and happiness he saw in that student confirmed his path as a personal trainer. Naturally drawn to personal training as a visual and kinaesthetic learner, Brodie was inspired by helping others and seeing them succeed, which led him to pursue personal training in 2017.
To those looking to kickstart their fitness journey, Brodie’s advice is to prioritise consistency in the first year, focusing on 5-8 key exercises and building a routine.
Brodie’s training style is educational, and he focuses on programming, injury prevention, and helping clients grow and feel comfortable in the gym while achieving their goals.
When not at the gym, you can find Brodie hiking, watching the AFL, camping with friends or going to the beach.
