Be has been passionate about fitness from a young age, starting martial arts and gym training at 14. Becoming a PT gave him the opportunity to use that knowledge to help others achieve their goals and build healthier lifestyles. Supporting people on that journey is what motivates Be every day.

To those starting their fitness journey, Be’s advice is simple: every journey begins with a small step! Stay consistent, trust the process and results will follow.

Be’s training style focuses on strength, hypertrophy and cardio.

Outside of the gym, Be enjoys swimming.
