Andre got into fitness out of pure passion. What he enjoys most about being a PT is helping people transform their lives through fitness, guiding them toward their goals and seeing them succeed. 

For those just starting their fitness journey, Andre advises setting both short and long-term goals to stay focused and motivated. 

Andre’s training style includes hypertrophy, strength, and kettlebell work. He also runs group sessions with an emphasis on control, stability, circuit training, and boot camps. 

Outside of the gym, you can find Andre spending time with his family.
