“Just keep trying!”
Jessica’s fitness journey began in 2003 with powerlifting, CrossFit, Muay Thai, and bodybuilding. Since then, she has competed in and won powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions. As a personal trainer, Jessica is driven to help others discover their potential, especially those unsure of their abilities, and finds joy in watching clients grow stronger and more confident with each session.
To those beginning their fitness journey, Jessica’s advice is simple: just keep trying! Starting can feel overwhelming, but even the greatest athletes had to start somewhere.
Jessica’s training style focuses on weight-based sessions. If you’re ready to build strength and boost confidence, she’s the coach for you!
Outside of the gym, you can find Jessica spending time with her two sons, family and friends.

What’s your favourite gym exercise?
I have a top 3 which I alternate between: belt squats, hip thrusts or Bulgarian split squats.
What’s your favourite meal?
My husband’s homemade carbonara. I only get it on special occasions, because, and I quote, “It’s an absolute pain in the a** to make.”
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A dog. Because who doesn’t love dogs?!
