Kelvin has been passionate about health and fitness from a young age, with rugby setting the foundation for his lifelong commitment to staying active. His journey into personal training was inspired by his experiences with injury and recovery, where he saw firsthand the positive impact of physical therapy. This fueled his passion for helping others improve their own health and quality of life.
Kelvin’s training style is dynamic and adaptable, and he believes that a strong client-trainer relationship is key to finding overall success in your training.
To those just starting their fitness journeys, Kelvin advises setting clear, achievable goals, creating a plan, starting slow, and most importantly, staying consistent.
When not at the gym, you can find Kelvin relaxing, soaking up the sun, at the beach, cooking or tinkering.
