Our Board, Governance & Transparency
The Revo Fitness Foundation is governed by a dedicated Board made up of Revo Directors and Key Management Personnel.
Together, they oversee the Foundation’s operations, strategy, and funding decisions, ensuring every initiative aligns with our mission and delivers measurable community impact.
The Board is responsible for:
- Setting the Foundation’s strategic direction and priorities.
- Approving funding allocations and partnerships.
- Maintaining transparency, compliance, and good governance.
- Reviewing the Foundation’s impact and ensuring accountability.
The Board shares a common goal: to harness the power of Revo Fitness and its community to make a real, lasting difference in the health and wellbeing of Australians.
Australian Philanthropic Services
The Revo Foundation is administered by Australian Philanthropic Services (APS), who were appointed by the Board to support the Foundation’s operations. APS oversees the administration of the Foundation, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and compliance requirements, while also assisting with the assessment of grant applications.
