Eire’s fitness journey began after overcoming a difficult relationship with food throughout her teens. Determined to break the cycle and build a healthier lifestyle, she discovered the positive impact that fitness, structure, and consistency could have on both physical and mental wellbeing. That personal transformation inspired her to become a PT and help others navigate their own journey. What she loves most is the connection she builds with clients and watching them grow in confidence, strength, and self-belief.

To those starting their fitness journey, Eire’s advice is to just start and trust the process. Your coach is there to help you reach your goals, no matter how big or small they may be.

Eire’s training style is highly adaptive, meeting clients where they are and helping them progress at a pace that suits their abilities, lifestyle, and goals.

Outside the gym, Eire enjoys bodybuilding, spending time with friends, family and her partner, as well as building Lego and colouring in.
