George got into fitness by training on his own, quickly noticing improvements in his strength and confidence. After seeing the benefits and how much fitness changed his life, George became a PT to help others improve both physically and mentally. He loves seeing clients transform and elevate their overall quality of life, knowing he’s playing a part in their journey.

George’s training style centres on strength, with added cardio or conditioning based on client goals. His programs are designed to be simple yet challenging, pushing clients to improve every week.
When not at the gym, you can find George watching sport or spending time with his partner, family and friends.
