“Remain headstrong, be consistent and persevere!” 

In 2019, Duncan turned to fitness and the gym to overcome mental struggles, and it became a transformative outlet that changed his life. Through consistent training and the help of a coach, he was able to lose weight, gain muscle and rewire his lifestyle. Now, as a personal trainer himself, Duncan is passionate about helping others transform their lives too, finding immense reward in their success. 

To those beginning their fitness journey, Duncan’s advice is simple: stay headstrong, remain consistent, and persevere through the challenges. 

Duncan’s training style centres around hypertrophy and full-body recomposition. 

Outside of the gym, you can find Duncan spending time with his family or watching football with the lads.
