Chris has always been active, from playing soccer as a kid to exploring Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, CrossFit, and weightlifting. His love for staying active naturally led him into the fitness world. As a personal trainer, Chris is driven by seeing his clients get fitter, stronger, and grow in confidence.  

To those just beginning their fitness journey, Chris says focus on mastering technique before chasing big numbers and, most importantly, just get started. Progress begins with that first step! 

Chris’s training style is all about blending fitness with fun. His sessions are enjoyable, focused, and full of laughs. 

When not at the gym, Chris is always down to grab a coffee.
