Natalja grew up playing high-level sports, but when she stopped, she felt lost. Searching for a new outlet, she discovered her passion for the gym and fell in love with the training process. She became a personal trainer to inspire and guide women on their fitness journeys, helping them become the best versions of themselves.
To those just beginning their fitness journey, Natalja says to start with small habits and be patient. Results take time, so commit to daily tasks that bring you closer to your goals. Finding a coach who aligns with your values is also key to staying on track.
Natalja’s training style focuses on proper technique and tailoring programs to individual goals. She incorporates mostly strength and resistance training, along with some cardio, to create a plan that works best for each client.
When not at the gym, you can find Natalja on a coastal walk or taking her dogs to the beach.
