Owen’s fitness journey started in his teens with weight training, eventually evolving into a passion for functional fitness, HIIT, kickboxing, and Olympic lifting. Becoming a PT was his way of turning that passion into a career, and he loves helping people find joy in exercise – not as something they have to do but something they want to do.
To those looking to begin their fitness journey, Owen advises finding an activity you enjoy rather than obsessing over results. After all, consistency is key!
Owen’s training style blends education with enjoyment. He also loves pushing clients to achieve things they never thought possible.
Outside of the gym, you can find Owen cycling or practising Muay Thai.
