Matty’s passion for fitness started as a kid, full of energy and always playing sports. For him, sports weren’t just games – they were a way to explore what the body could do. His military experience inspired him to become a PT, where fitness was essential to survival and teamwork. After becoming a combat fitness leader, Matty discovered the joy of helping others reach peak condition.
For those beginning their fitness journey, Matty highlights consistency over intensity. His top tips are don’t compare your journey to others, embrace the process and watch yourself transform!
His training style combines motivation, listening, and education. Matty believes in empowering clients by explaining the “why” behind each exercise and tailoring programs to fit their goals.
Outside of the gym, you can find Matty watching the AFL or NBA, travelling, or at the cinema.
