Michael has always been active, but his fitness journey truly began when a friend invited him to the gym – and he was hooked from that moment on. Becoming a personal trainer was driven by his desire to help others achieve results more efficiently. He loves witnessing how the right knowledge can transform someone’s progress.
For those who are just starting their fitness journey, Michael’s advice is simple: just start!
Michael’s training style is methodical and educational, ensuring clients not only reach their goals but also understand the process behind their success.
Outside of the gym, Michael enjoys exploring philosophical ideas and staying active with various physical pursuits. His current focus is bouldering and Jiu-Jitsu!
