Vivienne’s journey into fitness began with a competitive sports background in her early years, which later evolved into a commitment to personal development and competitive sports. Her inspiration to become a PT came from her passion for personal growth and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Vivienne loves guiding clients to break through mental blocks, whether for progress in sport, gym achievements, or life goals.
For those just starting their fitness journey, Vivienne’s advice is simple: just get started! She suggests pre-planning outfits, lacing up, and getting to the gym every day – even if it’s just for 15 minutes. Building momentum makes sessions naturally longer and more rewarding over time.
Vivienne’s training style adapts to the individual, whether it’s teaching beginners the basics or pushing advanced athletes. She can be quiet and personal or take on a motivating boot-camp approach, depending on her clients’ preferences.
When not at the gym, you can find Vivienne at the spa, sauna, steam room or ocean, or spending time with family.
