“Your body is stronger than you think!” 

Jess has been into fitness since she joined her first gym at 17, starting with group fitness classes and evolving into a passion for strength training to improve health and quality of life. She became a PT in 2020 after discovering her love for creating workouts and seeing how exercise can bring people together.  

To those beginning their fitness journey, Jess advises clients to be patient and consistent. She emphasises that the body is stronger than we think and wants to grow and be challenged. 

Jess’s training style focuses on strength, mobility, and building confidence, tailoring each plan to her clients’ goals with positive reinforcement for long-term success. 

Outside of the gym, you can find Jess cooking, travelling, at the beach, or spending time with family and friends.

I am really enjoying banded single leg reverse lunges!

Vietnamese Bahn Mi. 

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?  

I think I would be a dog – because they love playing, they’re your best friend & they love you unconditionally.
