Natalie is a dedicated mother of two and after her marriage ended, she found herself on a new journey of self-discovery. She soon fell in love with the gym and this new avenue completely transformed her perspective on life. As her mental health improved, her motivation to become a personal trainer began after she spotted a flyer at her local gym, and she felt compelled to help individuals facing similar challenges.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Natalie says don’t wait… begin now! Fear may be present, but the true fear lies in staying stuck in the same cycle or situation.
Natalie’s training style encompasses both the body and mind. She believes that a healthy mind is the foundation for any physical transformation, and she hopes to create a safe space for clients to express their emotions and concerns whilst working towards their fitness goals.
Outside of the gym, Natalie enjoys spending time with her partner and two children, dancing around the house to her favourite music artists, playing The Sims video game and watching Law & Order.
