“Enjoy the process”

Haylee enjoyed sport and fitness throughout high school; however, only began going to the gym to take her mind off things whilst going through a tough patch. She found the more often she went, the more she began to actually enjoy her time there, and eventually, showing up to the gym became the favourite part of her routine. As a trainer, Haylee loves being able to educate and guide others on starting their own fitness journey. Haylee believes that fitness is a very important part of each person’s everyday life and loves being able to inspire people to focus on their goals and grow in confidence.

For those hoping to kickstart their own fitness journeys, Haylee says to just get started and enjoy the process. She says it is important not to expect results straight away and just remember the amount of effort you put in will correlate with the results you get.

Haylee’s training style is tailored to each individual client; however, she loves to focus on strength and conditioning training and also small group boot camp training.

When Haylee isn’t at the gym, you’ll find her going for long walks, catching up with friends and going to the beach.
