“It is never too late to start!”
As a teenager, Zoee had health issues as a result of being overweight, which lead her to begin a health and fitness journey. During this process, she fell in love with exercise, and went on to study Sport Science and Nutrition. Having gone through a weight loss journey herself, Zoee loves being able to give women the guidance and information she wish she knew when she was on her own fitness journey. As a Personal Trainer, Zoee cherishes making relationships with her clients, and see the women she trains gain confidence in themselves and learn new skills.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Zoee’s biggest tip is to invest in a coach right away. She reminds us that she “did a lot of the guessing in the first few years of my weight loss and fitness journey and made the most growth once I invested in someone to help me on the way”. She also says to know that it is never too late to start, and never to be ashamed of asking questions.
Zoee’s training style is fun, personal, and to the point. She wants her clients to reach their goals so together they will always skip the BS and get straight into the work.
When not at the gym, you’ll find Zoee spending time cooking, studying nutrition, spending quality time with her friends and family, or watching the UFC.

I can pick a lot of items up with my toes…the grip strength on them!
What’s your favourite meal?
Frozen berries, passionfruit, yoghurt, granola, honey, and peanut butter.
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
Probably a monkey, I have big ears, I’m hairy, and I can pick things up with my feet!
