Zac got into fitness as an overweight teen struggling with body image. After finding a coach who genuinely cared and helped him transform his mindset and body, he felt inspired to do the same for others. Now, Zac loves helping people build confidence and strength, both physically and mentally – it’s what drives him every day as a PT!
To those starting their fitness journey, Zac’s advice is simple: focus on the process, not just the outcome. If you enjoy the journey, the results will follow.
Zac training style is resistance-based, and he specialises in fat loss and muscle gain.
Outside the gym, Zac enjoys watching sport, learning Greek and getting stuck into a good book.
