Vasil got into fitness by jumping straight into his Certificate III & IV in Personal Training – and hasn’t looked back since. His love for coaching stems from helping others master proper technique and turn training into a life-long skill they can carry beyond the gym.
To those starting their fitness journey, Vasil’s advice is simple: don’t hold back!
Vasil’s training style is weightlifting-dominant, with a strong focus on teaching big compound lifts that carry over to everyday movement and function.
Outside the gym, Vasil enjoys catching up with mates.

I am a barista.
What’s your favourite exercise at the gym?
RDLs. They humble the ego, build the posture, and wake up muscles you forgot you owned — especially the hamstrings 🙂
What hobbies do you have outside of the gym?
Learning more about biomechanics so I can ruin people’s favourite exercises with better technique.
