Tori grew up playing sport and staying active, but her passion for fitness deepened while studying Exercise Science and training more seriously herself. An internship with a SANFL team sparked her interest in injury rehab and performance, showing her how powerful the right training can be. That experience led her to become a PT, where she now helps people train with purpose, build confidence in their bodies, and truly understand what they’re doing.

To those starting their fitness journey, Tori’s advice is simple – don’t overcomplicate it. Just do the basics well.

Tori’s training style is individualised and progressive, with a strong focus on strength, movement quality, and performance while keeping everything realistic and sustainable.

Outside the gym, Tori enjoys beach days, surfing, walking in the sun with a good audiobook, and switching off with a good read.

A: I can play Piano Man by Billy Joel on the harmonica.

A: Clean and Jerk.

A: An otter, chaotic energy in a cute package.
