Health and fitness were a big focus in Stephanie’s life from a young age, and as soon as she could, she joined her local gym and began weight training. After years of consistent training, Stephanie fell in love with the process of transforming her physique and wanted to help others do the same. As a trainer, Stephanie enjoys educating others and providing them with the knowledge that unlocks an individual’s full potential in every aspect of life. She believes that everyone can achieve anything with the right skills, determination, support and knowledge.
For those new to fitness, Stephanie advises that the key to success is simply starting. She says there will never be the perfect time – all you have is now! She doubles down that your health is the biggest investment you will ever make in your life, and to start investing now.
Stephanie tailors her training style to suit her clients’ needs because there is no ‘one size fits all’. For Stephanie, it is important to find something her clients enjoy that will also challenge them at the same time.
Stephanie’s hobbies outside of the gym include reading a good book whilst soaking up the sun, exploring new walking spots and sipping on coffee, and heading to the cinema to watch new movies.
