Sports and physical activity always made Savannah happy, so when she began to struggle mentally she filled up as much of her time at the gym as she could. Her hobby then turned into a passion the more confident she felt. She now finds helping people feel confident in themselves and strive to achieve their own personal goals very rewarding.
For those new to fitness, Savannah recommends finding what works for you. You don’t have to do what everybody else is doing to stay fit, instead do what makes you feel comfortable and happy within yourself and your body. Start small and set goals to help you stay motivated and on track.
Savannah’s training style focuses on strength and resistance training tailored to each individual’s health and fitness goals, whether it be to increase strength, lose body fat or gain muscle.
When she’s not training her clients, you’ll find Savannah trying new restaurants or meals, or spending all of her time at the beach.
