Sandra started her fitness journey with daily walks along the beach, before gradually introducing more exercises into her routine which then triggered her interest in fitness. She now enjoys sharing her passion with others and helping her clients reach their fitness goals.
For those ready to get started with their own fitness journey, Sandra recommends doing the best you can and never giving up!
Sandra takes a friendly and understanding approach towards her clients, adapting routines to suit each individual’s needs. Her goal is to have her clients feel confident in the surroundings of the gym.
Outside of the gym, Sandra enjoys camping and hiking, as well as a good meal out.
