“The gym isn’t as intimidating as it seems!”
Rosie’s fitness journey began as a way to support her mental health, but it quickly became so much more. Over time, she developed a deep passion for powerlifting and fell in love with the process of getting stronger. Fitness not only transformed Rosie physically but also helped her overcome disordered eating, which inspired her to become a PT. Now, she’s dedicated to empowering others to discover their own strength and confidence through movement.
To those just beginning their fitness journey, Rosie’s advice is simple: just show up – the gym isn’t as intimidating as it seems!
Rosie’s training approach is all about her clients, incorporating mindfulness into each session while making sure every workout is both enjoyable and engaging.
When not at the gym, Rosie enjoys gardening or watching TV shows on repeat.

A cat because I have a black one and I would like to communicate with him as he always gives me side eye!
