Rosie has always had a love for sports; however, it wasn’t until she went to the gym with a friend that she became hooked. She began working with a trainer, and this fuelled her desire to become a personal trainer herself. As a trainer, Rosie loves being a positive influence on her client’s fitness journey, and watching them achieve results they never thought were possible 

To those who want to start their fitness journey, Rosie advises people to take the first step. She reminds us that you can only fail if you don’t try. 

Rosie ensures each client receives a tailored plan, which caters to their personality, goals and level of experience. She is a firm but fair trainer who will push you outside of your comfort zone to achieve your goals. 

When you can’t find Rosie at the gym, you’ll find her spending time with her horses.
