Rachel grew up in Ireland playing Gaelic football, soccer, Athletics and dance, so being active and fit was always a huge part of her life. While competing in her first bodybuilding competition, she wanted to learn everything she could about training and nutrition to help her journey. She now enjoys passing her knowledge on to others and helping people make positive changes in their life.
For those ready to embark on their own fitness journey, Rachel recommends starting small, having patience, working hard and having fun along the way!
Rachel’s training style focuses on recomposition, helping clients achieve a physique they love and are proud of. She customises programs depending on her client’s goals and shape, focusing on technique and progressive overload through all movements.
Outside the gym, Rachel enjoys ocean swimming, going for coffee and coast walks with friends, yoga and riding her skateboard.
