Piroska always enjoyed keeping fit and healthy, and loved helping her friends in the gym when she was training. Once her children started school, Piroska decided to turn her passion into a career and upskilled her capabilities. Piroska loves seeing her clients go through transformations both mentally and physically. She also loves bonding with her clients and making them feel welcome to the gym.
For those just starting out their fitness journey, Piroska says “it’s going to be hard at the beginning, but in a few months’ time it will feel like a warm-up!”
Piroska’s training style depends on the type of client they are, and after a chat to find out personal, fitness and mental goals, she will be able to decipher how to best train them and which style they would best respond to.
When not at the gym, Piroska enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, and baking traditional meals from her childhood, and experimenting with new dishes.
