Phil’s fitness journey started with soccer, where he realised he needed to get stronger to keep up with the game’s physical demands. What began as training for performance soon became a passion for bodybuilding, leading him to compete and develop a deeper understanding of training, nutrition and recovery. Today, he loves helping people achieve goals they once thought were out of reach and seeing their confidence, health and lifestyle transform.
To those starting their fitness journey, Phil’s advice is to take the first step and just get started. Don’t wait for the “perfect” time – progress comes from taking action, staying consistent and building small habits over time.
Phil’s training style is built around bodybuilding principles, challenging clients while providing the structure, education and support they need. He’s committed to helping every client achieve results they never thought were possible.
Outside the gym, Phil loves travelling, experiencing different cultures, trying new foods and exploring new places while creating lifelong memories.

A: I’m a great cook! Funnily enough, growing up I wanted to be a pastry chef.
