Peter’s passion for fitness stems from childhood, inspired by his dad’s dedication to exercise and weight training in their backyard shed. That early exposure shaped his love for staying active. Encouraged by friends who saw his knowledge and discipline, Peter pursued his Certificate IV in Fitness and turned his passion into a career. He loves seeing his clients achieve their goals and celebrating their wins together. 

Peter top tips to those beginning their fitness journey are set achievable goals, find your ‘why,’ don’t hesitate to ask for help, celebrate the small wins, and avoid comparing yourself to others. 

His training style focuses on hypertrophy, emphasising progressive overload, proper form, and recovery to maximise muscle growth and strength.

When not at the gym, you can find Peter walking by the beach, eating out or at the cinema.

What’s your favourite meal?  

Pasta, especially if it’s homemade with a red sauce. Store-bought sauce is like that awkward relative who shows up uninvited and never quite fits in… 

What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years?  

How is it possible that I’ve been awake for 30 seconds after 100 years of sleep, and I still need a coffee just to feel like I haven’t been run over by a truck? 

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?  

A cat! Who doesn’t want to eat and then sleep all day?
