For Milla, personal training was a perfect fit. From a very young age, she led an active lifestyle which then grew into a passion to help others with their fitness. Milla believes the best kind of exercise is an exercise that you enjoy: whether it’s hitting the gym, swimming, yoga, horseback riding, or any other sport that gets you excited to be up and moving.
